El Plato is a bit confusing - as I'd say most South American things are for those not accustomed to them. Apparently you can search the places that show your favorite movie or find the contact info for a restaurant near you. The size of this database is quite huge so you can get easily lost if you don't know what you're looking for. Strangely there was no consistency on which South American cities were part of the database, so you'll just have to make do with what you're given.
